At Watsons, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty and wellness purchases. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of purchase provided they are in their original, unopened condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your Watsons account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return to generate a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact and including the original tax invoice or delivery note.
Drop Off or Collection
Drop off your package at any Watsons retail outlet for an instant exchange, or schedule a courier collection through our online portal for a warehouse return.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
